Delete Your PackLite Account

You can request deletion of your PackLite account and all associated data by emailing us directly.

How to delete your account

  1. From within the app — go to Profile → Delete Account. This opens a pre-filled email to our privacy team.
  2. Or use the button below to send the request directly from this page.

Subject: Delete my PackLite account
Include the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted: your account, all packing lists, items, templates, bag profiles, post-trip feedback, and any other data associated with your account.

Retention period: all personal data is permanently deleted within 7 days of your request.

Scope: deleting your PackLite account does not affect accounts you may have in our other apps (VisaStay, ZoneLink).
